Contractor’s College is an innovative training program designed to help small, disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned construction firms compete in the highly competitive construction industry.
Contractor's College concentrates on teaching contractors how to improve their businesses in the four major areas of consideration of banks, insurance and surety companies: Credit, Capital, Capacity and Credibility.
After gaining an understanding of the need to improve in those areas and the guidance and tools to improve, the contractors will be well-positioned to be bonded, get the financing they need and build the capacity to bid on, win and manage major construction contracts.
