Program Management

Contractor's College is a program of Capital Access Project, Inc. Capital Access Project (CAP), a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to supporting the creation of competitively viable small, disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned firms, was hired in 2004 as the technical assistance provider for Contractor's College when the City of New Orleans' Office of Supplier Diversty first began the program.

When the city, as a result of hurricane Katrina, could no longer support the program, CAP, recognizing a greater need than ever for the program, stepped in to continue Contractor's College.  Since then, CAP has conducted eight (8) Contractor's College's and trained over 130 contractors.
